Associate (Full time Associate, MBA Associate, Summer MBA Associate):
Are you interested in combining consulting, capital raising, and deals? As an Associate, you get the opportunity to work with multiple clients simultaneously on the strategy and execution of transaction assignments and capital raises, providing a more dynamic environment, richer experience, and opportunity to grow professionally. You will be leading engagements and guiding LW Analysts on projects while also performing business development activities, including participation at networking events and building relationships with industry peers and prospective clients. Additionally, an Associate will help with pitch materials and prepare thought pieces for our marketing materials.
Analyst (Full Time Analyst and Summer Analyst):
Analysts have a strong passion for life sciences (an academic focus or willingness to learn). You will have the opportunity to work with multiple clients simultaneously on strategy and analytics, strategic transactions, and capital markets projects. You’ll conduct due diligence, learn from the industry leaders, gain hands on experience communicating with clients and manage internal business development projects.
